Who We Are
Roll for Company is a trading name of Engine House Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09880979). References to "Roll for Company", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Engine House Solutions Ltd.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at support@rollforcompany.com.
Acceptable Use
Roll for Company is a community space. We want it to be welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Post content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful towards any individual or group
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Spam other members or post unsolicited commercial messages
- Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others (e.g. copying rulebooks, card text, or artwork without permission)
- Use the platform to facilitate illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the platform without our written permission
- Post anyone else's personal information without their consent

User Content
Your Content, Your Responsibility
When you post content on Roll for Company (group descriptions, event listings, game library entries, messages, or anything else), you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Licence to Us
By posting content on the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to any reasonable technical delays in deletion.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
Reporting Content
If you see content that you believe violates these terms, please report it to us at support@rollforcompany.com. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
Moderator Access to Your Account
Roll for Company site administrators may view limited public information about your account (such as your public profile, group memberships, and public event RSVPs) for the purposes of investigating user-reported issues, suspected policy violations, or platform abuse.
Access to private content, including your direct messages, payment details, private event RSVPs, precise location, and contact information, requires your explicit consent via an in-app grant, which you may revoke at any time from your privacy settings. When you grant access, it is limited to a 24-hour window and scoped to the specific categories shown on the request page.
Abuse investigation exception: when you or another user formally reports a message to moderators, the specific reported message may be reviewed by a moderator without separate consent as part of the investigation. Neither the reporting party nor the reported party is notified of that review, in order to protect user safety during the investigation window.
All moderator access is logged and can be reviewed on request via support@rollforcompany.com.
Groups, Events, and Meetups
Roll for Company provides tools to help people find and organise gaming sessions and events. We are a platform, not an event organiser. This means:
- We are not responsible for the conduct of group members or event attendees
- We do not vet, verify, or endorse individual users, groups, or events listed on the platform
- You attend meetups and engage with other members at your own risk
We strongly encourage you to use common sense when meeting people you have connected with online. Meet in public places for initial sessions, and trust your instincts.
Payments and the Marketplace
Roll for Company lets organisers list paid events and bookable tables. Payments are processed through Stripe Connect, with the funds going directly to the organiser's connected Stripe account. The organiser is the merchant of record for that transaction.
Where you buy a ticket or book a table, your contract for that event or booking is with the organiser, not with us. Refund and cancellation handling is set out in our Refund Policy. Roll for Company processes refunds on the organiser's instruction.
Where you accept payments as an organiser, the terms that govern that relationship are set out in the Seller Agreement, which you accept when you connect a Stripe account. In summary: you are the merchant of record, you are responsible for delivering the event or booking, and Roll for Company collects a platform fee on each transaction. The default rate is 2.5 percent, rounded up to the nearest pence, with no minimum fee; Stripe's own processing fees apply on top and are billed directly to your connected account. We may offer alternative fee schedules (such as a subscription plan that reduces or removes the per-transaction rate), and the rate that applies to your account is shown in your payment settings.
Stripe is a separate legal entity. By using payments on the platform, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.
Intellectual Property
The Roll for Company name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Game titles, publisher names, artwork, and ruleset content referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners. Roll for Company has no affiliation with any game publisher unless explicitly stated.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep Roll for Company available and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to take the platform offline for maintenance.
We reserve the right to change, add, or remove features at any time. Where changes are significant, we will try to give reasonable notice.
Termination
By You
You can close your account at any time via your account settings. On closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we believe your account has been compromised, or if we are required to do so by law. In serious cases (e.g. illegal activity or harassment of other members), we may terminate without notice.
Liability
Roll for Company is provided in good faith, but to the extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches
- We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including loss arising from interactions with other users
- We are not responsible for the content posted by users
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Disputes Between Users
We are not party to disputes between users. If you have a dispute with another member, we encourage you to resolve it directly. We may, at our discretion, assist with mediation, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where changes are material, notify you by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
